Before I start on how I can better improve your business, I thought I should let you know a little about myself. I have actively been involved in Outbound and Inbound Call Centers, selling our own products over the years. As we all know things are tougher than ever and now we have to be smart to keep productive in a tough expensive industry. Over the years we have constantly been lowering our costs. Based on the following, our company has replaced over $250,000 of Predictive Dialers, A Samsung Officeserv 500 PABX Phone system valued at $130,000, Reduced my staffing costs down by 60%, and reduced our Telco costs down by approx 70%. All of which improves my business.

Saving $1000's on your current call rates.

First thing you need to understand is VOIP is here to stay. It is cheap, reliable and the future of Telco. Although most Businesses are still based on PSTN/ISDN services, I really do recommend VOIP. The cost savings are amazing. Remember VOIP does not have any Line rental. That is an additional SAVINGS of $30 to $40 per phone line rental each.
The 1st and easiest saving you can do in this industry is to always question your Telco Provider. Weither you are ISDN/PSTN or VOIP. There 3 rules you need to get.
No Flag Fall, One sec billing, No minimum call charge.

Based that you can normally save more than 50% of your Telco rates the savings are amazing.

Have a look at this. This is based on a business that has 10 lines @$35 per mth connected and approx 50% savings on telco.

In our Business, we call 1000,s of answering machines, faxes and simple hang up calls. These are the ones you need to worry about. If you have any minimal charge or Flag fall, you will most likely be paying up to 100% to 300% more than you should be. Most of these calls should be costing you less than 1/2 cent per call.

Australia Call Data.

If you are a Call Centre you would be aware how hard it is to acquire up to date data. Since the closure of DTMS and Oz on Disc in 2004, It has been hard for us to get up to date data. If you are like most, you will be using call data with up to 30% disconnected numbers.

We have recently found a data supplier that has listed Australian phone numbers. They have up to date Residential (approx 6,000,000 records) and Business (approx 2,000,000) call data lists available. Australia Do Not Call Register

As we all know, The do not call register went live on 25th May 2007. In the 1st 30 days from consumer registration, over 1,000,000 phone numbers have been registered. That is approx 1/6th of available database. The fines for non compliance is expensive, and heavily policed. Soon I will add the main criteria we all must follow.

Washing your numbers against the Do Not Call Register.

We now offer list washing for all Call Centers against the Do Not Call Register, Prices are the same as the do not call register and we do all the work for you. prices are the following.

Note: When you wash your data, you have up to 30 days from date of washing to complete your call campaign, Usage of the call data after this date is a breach of the Do Not Call register Act and fines may apply. Smaller more regular washing is recommended. All you have to do is email your call list in CSV format and we will send back to you in 1 business day.  Please fill out attached form to inquire.

Predictive Dialer Solutions

There are 2 types of Predictive dialer Solutions available. These differ depending on your budget and requirements.

Hosted Predictive dialer

A hosted Predictive system means you do not require any additional hardware other than Computers and Headsets for your staff and a solid internet connection. All hardware is at our office and your staff connect remotely. Service is a sip connection over a VOIP connection. This service allows all your staff to work on a single campaign and can have wait times between calls under 6 to 20 sec between calls. Restriction of how many staff are based on quality of internet connection however up to 20 staff can usually work at one time.

Cost of this service starts from $13 per Hr per Staff Member including Telco costs. (Not including Mobile calls). Price also includes Recording and supply of all of your operators calls. It is recommended that you keep this recording data for your own quality assurance. You also are given access to listen in to any of your operators calls at any time. Predictive Dialer Purchase

To purchase a Predictive dialer is based on the above, however you have one installed in your office under your control. Your Dialer can be set up with VOIP Technology or ISDN/PSTN connections or both. Price starts from $10000 for a 8 seat Dialer, and is approx $1000 per seat from there. You can have up to 20 agents on one dialing machine. This price is based on VOIP technology calls. If you require setup for existing ISDN or PSTN line calling, you will require approx $4000 for additional hardware that will need to be installed. These prices cover the basic's for hardware required to operate, however there may be additional charges for any additional work along the way. Based that Predictive dialers cost between $50,000 for starting units to $200,000 for larger machines, you can really see the value in our hardware.
